On this page I am showing some of the process I use for making the solid baseboard and focusing tray.

It is a multi stage process. Firstly cutting planing and gluing up the individual layers of timber. Once the layers are prepared they are then glued together in a vacuum press. After 4-5 hours of being in the press the blanks are ready to come out.. The blank is then cut to size and sanded.

The next stage for this blank baseboard is to cut rebates, for inlaying the focusing tracks.
